Operation Christmas Child - Fill a shoebox for a needy child overseas. Include small toys, school supplies, hygiene items, hard candy and a note. Collection week is Nov. 17-24 at Henderson Campus. Call 925-9657 for drop off hours.
Ten Can Run – Do something good for yourself and others on Thanksgiving Day. Bring 10 cans of food and the registration fee ($15 for ages 18+, $10 for ages 10-17, and $5 for kids 10 and under). Run or walk the 5K course, starting at Henderson Campus. For kids there’s a quarter mile fun run. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the runs start at 8:45 a.m. All proceeds benefit those in need in our community.
