Stephen Ministry:
A program that provides distinctively Christian one-to-one care to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances. Volunteers in this ministry are commissioned by Savannah Christian Church to provide care for those in crisis.
Helping Hands ministries include:
* Hospital and Shut-In Visitation – volunteers visit those who are not able to attend church services on a regular basis and have difficulty leaving their homes independently.
* A Few Good Men – Men who volunteer to assist our seniors by helping maintain yard, car and small maintenance jobs around the house.
* All For One – Married couples assisting single parents by helping maintain yard, car and small maintenance jobs around the house.
Day Break:
Respite care 4 hours once a week for adults with special needs. They will have a devotional, craft, exercise, socialization and lunch. Contact Yvonne Fowler at 629-4720.
